Commencing 2020, Gerjan has been a contracted consultant for ECW-energy, also in the Netherlands, as and when his services are required, mainly supervising the operations for removal and repair of Geothermal production pumps on land locations, using workbaskets and cranes.
He has supervised the clean-ups of aging geothermal wells using coiled tubing and performed well work in challenging situations with exposure to working in sensitive locations and handling of dangerous substances and aged materials.
