Project management, drilling supervision, completing and abandoning oil & gas wells. On-site supervision during execution of projects and co-ordinating operations with office based teams while ensuring compliance with local mining and safety standards. Spearheading solutions for unplanned operational challenges and advising on proven industry practices. Within projects such as these, it is important to assist in the coordination of time planning and logistical support in relation to contractor personnel and materials. Tracking budgets and spending is a priority in order to successfully finalise projects, reports and lessons learned.

Scanning the market in a bid to secure appropriate drilling rigs with very specific drilling criteria, identification of suitable mid & deep water semi-submersible drilling rigs, inspections and recommendations leading to sourcing.
